Eligibility: Entries will only be accepted from individuals aged 18 years and over who are employed by Monash Health, on a permanent full time, part time or casual basis at the time their entry is lodged.
How to enter: Monash Health employees whosign up for salary packaging, Meal Entertainment and/or a novated lease during the competition period will receive one entry per benefit into the draw win one of three Crown Towers Deluxe Packages. Salary packaging and Meal Entertainment must be active by 18 July 2018. Novated lease customers must have vehicle ordered by 18 July 2018. Visit https://www.maxxia.com.au/monash to sign up. Existing customers: Monash Health employees with salary packaging, Meal Entertainment and a novated lease throughout the competition period and active on 18 July 2018 will automatically go into the draw.
Competition period: Competition opens 8:30 am 28 May 2018 and closes 30 June 2018 5:00 pm (AEST).
Prize details: The first three eligible entries randomly drawn will win a Crown Towers Deluxe Package (voucher) valued at $625 each this includes;
Prize valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The prize, may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
Determining the winner: The random prize draws will take place at 3:00 pm (AEST) on 20 July 2018 at Maxxia’s offices at Level 21/360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The first three eligible entries randomly drawn, as determined Maxxia, will be the winner.
Announcing the winner: Maxxia will announce all winners online on 25 July 2018 and will notify them by email and telephone call using the details provided with each winning entry. The prize winners will be published at https://www.maxxia.com.au/monash.
Claiming the prize: The winners must claim their prize by 5:00 PM (AEST) on 25 October 2018 by confirming the receipt of the notification by return email, or during the notification telephone call. The winner must be a Monash Health permanent full time, part time or casual employee at the time of the prize draw. If the prize is not claimed by 5:00 PM (AEST) on 25 October 2018, the winner will be taken to have forfeited the prize, and Maxxia will randomly draw another winner from valid entries at 9:00 am (AEST) on 26 October 2018 at Maxxia's offices at Level 21/360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Maxxia will announce the redraw winner online on 30 October 2018 and will notify them by email and telephone call. The redraw winner will be published at https://www.maxxia.com.au/monash
Accepting any prize may attract Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT). This means that acceptance of this prize may impact a winner personally in terms of the fringe benefit being reported as a reportable fringe benefit in the winner's 2018/2019 payment summary. Before accepting a prize the winner may want to seek advice from their financial/tax advisor on the consequences of a fringe benefit being reported in the payment summary, and the impact this will have on certain Government benefits, levies and charges.
